Jerry Morales was born and raised right here in the Tall City of Midland, Texas. Jerry has been married to his bride, Meredith, for 24 years. Meredith and Jerry have been blessed with three wonderful children; Chris 23, Chase 20, and Chelsi 11.
Jerry attended St. Ann's Catholic School, Goddard Junior High and Robert E. Lee High School. The family attends St. Ann's Catholic Church where he serves as a lector, active in the ACT's community, St. Ann's Family Fair and Knights of Columbus.
Working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, his career began in 1987 with Don Pablos/Harrigans Corporation. He was afforded the opportunities to develop his skills that included: Human Resource, Management Training, budgets, employee legalities, purchasing and new territory development. This corporate training provided Jerry and Meredith with a foundation to return home and purchase Gerardo's Casita restaurant from his family in 1997. Jerry along with his family have been living the American Dream of owning and operating their own business. This family business has since grown and now includes Gerardo's BISTRO, and Gerardo's Catering Company.
